EvenweightThese terms are an agreement between you and NOIMON TECHNI SOLE SHAREHOLDER CO. P.C. (trading as Intelligent Art), Platonos 7, 15234 Chalandri, Greece ("we", "us"), for using the Evenweight app. By using the app you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
What Evenweight is, and isn't
Evenweight is a wellness app that helps adults keep their weight steady after weight-loss medication, with tracking, habits, food and exercise guidance. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It never tells you how to take, change or stop any medication. Talk to your doctor before changing your treatment, diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition. Protein targets, safe zones, food values and photo estimates are general guides and can be wrong. Stop any workout that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions and the free trial
- Evenweight Pro unlocks the app. It is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, and starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may differ by country.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their policies. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Meal photo scans are limited (currently 3 in total during the trial and 3 a day with a subscription) to keep the service affordable and protect it from abuse.
Your data
What you enter stays on your phone, as described in the privacy policy. Because there is no account, if you lose or reset your phone your data can't be recovered by us. You keep all rights to your photos; you give us permission to process them only to produce your estimate.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, to access it other than through the app, or to upload unlawful or offensive images. We may limit or block access if you do.
Our responsibility
We provide the app "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for health decisions made based on the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we'll let you know in the app. You can stop using Evenweight at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
