Common questions

Does Evenweight tell me how to come off my medication? No. Evenweight never gives dosing or medication advice. Decisions about your treatment belong with your doctor.

How does the free trial work? You get everything free for 7 days. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are billed by Google Play or the App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription? In the Google Play Store app: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Evenweight. On iPhone: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I restore my subscription on a new phone? Open Evenweight, go to the plans screen and tap "Restore". Use the same Google or Apple account you subscribed with.

Can I move my data to a new phone? Your data lives only on your phone, with no account, so it doesn't follow you automatically. You can export your report as a PDF any time.

Can I get a refund? Subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the App Store, so refunds go through them. Contact us if you have trouble and we'll help.

How do I delete my data? In the app, open Settings, then "Delete all my data". Everything you entered is on your phone, so that removes it. We don't store your meal photos.

Evenweight is a wellness app. It does not give medical advice and never tells you how to take, change or stop any medication. Talk to your doctor before making changes to your treatment. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 (112 in Europe).
